We found this place very central, within walking distance of many sights, and in a very ideal area. The service room service was great and the staff was very helpful. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were amazing. The garden area was also enjoyable.
The breakfast area was small and there was limited seating with warm food maybe limited later on. Despite that, we definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bencoolen on Hong Kong Street. The staff were cute and gave us great recommendations. The room was clean with excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Clarke Quay and Chinatown. The breakfast, although simple, was wholesome and reasonably priced. Despite some limitations in the eating space, the other guests were considerate and friendly. we highly recommend Hotel Bencoolen for a pleasant stay in Singapore.

Convenient location near restaurants, bars, and river. Decent-sized, clean room with powerful aircon. Rooftop Jacuzzi for sunbathing or cooling down. Friendly staff. Book early for better price.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the metro and Chinatown. It's within walking distance to attractions like China town and the nearest bus station. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. There are a variety of dining options and shops available in the street and the neighborhood.
The breakfast could be improved.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about transportation and local attractions. The location was excellent, close to two MRT stations and within walking distance of popular spots like Clarke Quay and Chinatown.
